Welcome to my virtual kitchen, a place to share food, wine, community, and recipes. Many of the recipes here are family favorites of mine and my friends, perfect for sharing over a bottle or two of wine. In this kitchen we believe pasta is king, second helpings are mandatory, food is family, and there’s always room at the table for one more person. Roll up your sleeves, wash your hands, put on an apron, and lets get cooking!

Pasta might not always be on the menu but it’s always on my mind. Here we’ll knead pasta dough together, share bowls of soup, and plan parties to celebrate each other. Food has always been the thing that has brought me the strongest sense of community and the thing that has helped get me through some of my most stressful times.
